令和7年度より、当園でもスタートしました！テーマは「音」♪
そのサポーターとしてお迎えしたMusic Together。
Music Togetherは、アメリカ発の音楽プログラム。音楽を通じて「生きる力」の育成を目指します。
Music Togetherの時間は保育者も子どもと一緒に「音」を楽しみます。その姿がモデルとなり、子どもの「わくわく」を刺激し、「探究心」をくすぐります。
活動中はすべて英語。
広がる音、リズムも日本の「和」と違う中で、五感もとぎすまされます☆
This program, promoted by the Tokyo Government, supports infants’ and toddlers’ healthy growth (“Sukusuku”) and nurtures their curiosity and spirit of exploration (“Wakuwaku”).
Starting in the 2025 academic year, it has been launched at Merhalsa School Hibiki Shirokane-Takanawa Preschool. This year’s theme is “Sound” ♪
Music Together is a music program that originated in the United States. Through music, it aims to cultivate essential life skills.
During Music Together sessions, both teachers and children fully enjoy exploring “sound” together. Teachers do not just guide — they actively participate and genuinely have fun, becoming positive role models for the children. By sharing the joy of music, we spark children’s curiosity and inspire their desire to explore.
During activities, everything is communicated in English.
The different kids of sounds and rhythms we practice in our Music Together class, have a positive impact on five senses of our young learners. They really enjoy the class always!

All the activities are completely in English-from the songs to the teacher's guidance.
The children naturally understand, enjoy, and actively participate in every moment.
異年齢のグループだからこそ生まれる年下の友だちへの思いやり。
年上の友だち、先生への親しみも生まれる優しい安心できる空間です。
In our mixed-age group, children learn to care for younger friends while developing admiration for older peers and teachers. It's a warm and reassuring enviroment where kindness grows and everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
「音」をテーマにした今年は、いろいろな楽器に触れる、音色やリズムの違いに気づく、音を感じながら自由に表現することを中心に取り組みました。
This year's theme was "Sound". We provided children with opportunities to explore a variety of instruments, notice differences in tone and rhythm, and express themselves freely while experiencing and feeling the sounds around them.
そして、2月の発表会では、集大成としてお家の人の前で発表！
保護者の皆さんにもエッグシェイカーを持っていただき、子どもも、大人もMix it up!
And at our Performance Day in February, as the grand finale of the year, the children performed in front of their parents!
We invited parents to join in with egg shakers, so children and adults alike could make music together♬
8月から取り組んできたMusic Togetherを通して気づいたこと、得たことはたくさんありました。
職員としては、子どもが疑問をもったときに、大人がすぐに答えを与えず、一緒に考え、試行錯誤するプロセスを大切にすることの再確認。つい保育者は「教える」と思いがちですが、大人が解決するのではなく、子ども自身が気づき考える過程にこそ大きな意味があるということ。その姿を尊重すること。
Since begining Music Together in August ,we have discovered and gained so much through the experience.
As educators, one important realization was the value of not immediately giving children the answers when they have questions. Instead, we learned to think alongside them and honor the process of trial and error. As teachers, it is easy to fall into the mindset of "teaching"or "providing solutions". However rather than solving problems for them, we came to appreciate the importance of allowing children the time and space to notice, think, and discover for themselves.
また、子どもたちは、様々な人や物と関わり、そしていろいろな音の変化や違いを通じて、進んで「おもしろそう」「やってみる」「試してみる」姿が増えていきました。
Music Togetherの活動においては、正解はないのです。
いつも子どもが主役。活動を通して育つものは、数値化しにくい心の成長であるとあらためて気づきます。
We also saw mieaningful groeth in the children.
Through their intereactions with a variety of people and materials-and through experiecing changes and differences in sound-more and more children began to take initiative, saying,”Let me try"and exploring with confidence.
In Music Together, there is no single" right answer". The children are always at the center.Through these activities,we were reminded that what truly grows is something difficult to measure- the development of the heart.
Music Togetherを通して得た貴重な体験は宝もの！
次年度はさらにキラキラに磨いて、みんなの「音」が広がっていくといいな、と思います。
豊かな音の環境が、豊かな成長につながると信じて♪

This year's journey has been a treasure that we carry with us!
Next year, we will shine it up even more and watch everyone's beautiful "sounds"expand and sparkle.
Because when children are surrounded by rich musical experiences, wonderful growth follows.
